Sunline Hotel

Review: Great staff and location. Can walk to the lake and church in minutes. Surrounded by great cafes and bars. Still in the old quarter, but on the quieter side.

The staff was very helpful with planning and booking day trips.

Would stay here again.

Review: The location is good, near Hoan Kiem Lake. This was my 2nd stay at Sunline Hotel.
I enjoyed my stays here.
Coffee shops, restaurants, laundry and convenient shops are just nearby.

Positive points: First, the excellent staff. Everybody incredibly kind, But since we arranged the whole trip by ourselves, not knowing the problems during Tet Holiday, Emma, and colleagues at the front desk arranged everything for us, cabs, moving and handling luggage, even the excursion to Halong with the few boats left during Tet,
Second: The hotel is perfectly located: very close to the lake Ho Hoan Kiem, center of Hanoi life, and to the old town, but at the same time in a small, defiladed street that avoids the chaotic and noisy lakefront traffic.
Third: we had confortable rooms on 10th floor, but overlooking the lights of the bustling city. It is spectacular in the night.
Forth: the day we left very early, 5.30 a.m., we received two bags with breakfast inside for us, and this was useful.

Positive points: Fantastic staff, they helped us with absolutely everything! So helpful, kind, well spoken. The room was small, but comfortable. Breakfast amazing, very tasty, fresh, good quality food. Fantastic location, on the heart of the city center in Hanoi, very safe and touristy.

Positive points: I had the most enjoyable stay at Sunline Central Hotel. The hotel was beautiful and had character. My room was clean and spotless. Very comfortable bed and a good shower.

Hani was so friendly and helpful and so were all the other staff. They made you feel welcomed and answered all your questions.

Highly recommend staying here if you are travelling through Hanoi.

Review: Located in a quiet street, the hotel is just 2 mins walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and 5 mins walk to St. Joseph Cathedral. Very polite and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms, only 4 rooms per floor. But if guests talk loudly while waiting for the elevator, you'd probably be able to hear them. Windows are fitted with insulated glass panels which make the room very quiet. This is my third time staying in this hotel and will return again when I'm in Hanoi.

Positive points: I arrived during TET holiday and struggled to get a taxi from the airport. I called Rosy from the reception and she arranged a car for me real quick. I had a free room upgrade with balcony. It was awesome! I always love Sunline hotel, btw not my first time. Thanks guys!🤩

Review: Nice ambiance, near to the area where you can have your other meals of the day, it is clean, and also the stuff are accommodating.
The location is good as well.

Positive points: I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable—so central yet surprisingly quiet. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. My room was not only clean but also really comfortable. The breakfast buffet was top-notch, offering a great variety to start the day. Overall, fantastic value for money—highly recommend!

Review: If you want to stay in the old quarter this location is ideal. A block away from the pond. Restaurants everywhere.
The Sunline Hotel is small and feels very private and exclusive. The staff makes you feel in more important. Doors opened for you, your bags carried, polite and extraordinarily friendly front desk staff have you checked in quickly.
The elevator is fast, the halls are immaculate, the room is beautifully finished and furnished.
Breakfast buffet, the highest quality selection in a very nice dinning room.
2 months in Vietnam, the best hotel we stayed in.

Positive points: The staff was great, very helpful, friendly and supportive. We also had one issue in the room which was solved straight away after we told them about it.
