Positive points: The French style room with high ceiling. The two double beds were comfortable. The alley was quite during night time. There is a boy living near by playing piano every afternoon and during Lunar New Year which makes the atmosphere very pleasant during our stay. The location is perfect for us. It closed by to Hoan Kiem lake, old quarter, book street...Plenty of restaurants, shops , and coffee shops nearby.
Negative points: The room located on the second floor of the old building. There is no lift. We had to carry our suitcases up to the room. However, the host offered help at the end of stay. He came and carried all the suitcases for us. The place would be perfect with some attention with cleaning. We found some dust on the bed head.
Positive points: great locale and host. resolved issues quickly and promptly
Negative points: the room on check-in was a bit messy and some rubbish and bedding wasn't perfect.
Negative points: I didn't stay there because they were occupied by someone else.
Positive points: Phòng đầy đủ tiện nghi, có dép đi trong nhà, có bếp để nấu ăn, nhà tắm có sẵn sữa tắm và dầu gội. Vị trí dễ dàng đi lại giữa thủ đô. Chủ nhà thân thiện.
Negative points: Khoá cửa hơi bất tiện, vị trí các ổ cắm điện không được hợp lý lắm, vẫn may là có ổ cắm đầu giường.
Positive points: Ngay trung tâm thành phố, di chuyển đến các điểm vui chơi rất tiện lợi
Positive points: Vị trí trung tâm siêu siêu thuận tiện luôn, chị quản gia rất nhiệt tình, mình có mong muốn chăn dày hơn thì cũng bổ sung thêm cho mình, ở home cảm giác thoải mái như ở nhà ạ
