Review: The hotel is at prime location just behind the lake. All the landmarks are of walking distance f4om hotel.We were ugraded to balcony room. The USP of the hotel is the staff! They make sure you are having a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

We had mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary, and to our surprise, they upgraded us to a beautiful room that was fully decorated for the occasion. The fact that they took the time to arrange this special touch truly touched our hearts.

Throughout our stay, the staff showered us with kindness and thoughtful details, going out of their way to help us with information about Hanoi and our upcoming destinations. Their warmth and dedication made all the difference.

The hotel itself is lovely, the breakfast is varied and delicious, but above all, the staff deserves a 10/10 for their exceptional friendliness. In the 21st century, true luxury is genuine, selfless hospitality, and L’Signature embodies that perfectly.

We would have loved to stay longer, but we will definitely be back. A million thanks for making our stay unforgettable!
