No proper lobby.
No extra facility.
No area for Bfast.
Security is suspect.
Our rm Key can/might open any doors.
Regretted the moment we enter, much more when I saw the other hotels I passed for this.

Positive points: The staff members were wonderful
Negative points: The room had no windows (we were not told this when booking) it was so dark and really tiny with toilet in front of shower on an angle do you could hardly get through. Terrible
Review: We had a great stay! The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Dong Xuan Market, plenty of stores, and Hoan Kiem Lake. It was super easy to get around and explore the area. Highly recommend!
Positive points:
The location is very close to everything and is on a reasonably quite road.
The room was very large and clean.
Staff were excellent and offered lots of recommendations, made sure you had the best experience in Hanoi.
Negative points: No breakfast offered but lots of eating places nearby.
Positive points: The staff was helpful and gave us information about restaurants, tours and what’s happening around the area.
Negative points: The hotel is decent, but it definitely needs updating. Towels and beddings are old and worn out.
Review: I would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends who intend to visit Vietnam. Hanoi Win Hotel & Travel is very clean, the service is excellent, strategically located and yet very affordable. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely choose this hotel the next time we come back to Vietnam
Negative points: The room completely lacked windows, which made it feel closed off and claustrophobic. The main light source resembled harsh, hospital-grade or industrial lighting mounted on the wall, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable and uninviting.

Noisy from the road until late, but it was to expect as located right in the old center!!

Positive points: Great location. Like fantastic. Very safe and lively and fun area. I recommend this hotel. Great Value. Nice staff.
Negative points: They wanted to replae lighting and fix our room. Which is great, but i wish that would happen before I check-in.
Positive points: Friendly staff, clean room, a variety of amenities, good location (there are many massage shops nearby and easy to access to the lake)

Nhân viên rất thân thiện, cực kỳ hữu ích với mọi nhu cầu của chúng tôi. Chúng tôi không có cửa sổ trong phòng nhưng đã biết trước khi đến. Vì vậy, điều đó không phải là một bất ngờ. Giường cũng rất thoải mái. Với giá cả, điều đó là tốt.
