Review: Stayed here during Tet for staycation. Room is nice, spacious and very clean. Location is very near Hoan Kiem lake. there's a nearby restaurant and a police station.
I recommend this hotel and will come back here soon.

Positive points: The location was excellent.

Negative points: The room we were first taken to didn’t have a city view. The fridge didn’t get cold. The door wouldn’t lock.
But when we pointed out these things were we given a different room. In this room the TV didn’t work.

Review: I had stayed here with my mom, the hotel took good care of us, we had a midnite flight and reached hotel early morning..the hotel staff was friendly and warmest and helped us make this trip enjoyable right from airport transfers to early checkin and giving us a good deal on Halong bay day trip.Yes and not to forget early breakfast and delicious food options. Would definitely stay again

Positive points: Good location. Wonderful staff. Breakfast is good considering a small hotel. Good sized room.

Negative points: No tissue box in the room like elsewhere in the world. The highest in the world 3% extra charge if paying by the credit card.

Positive points: The location is perfect, near everything and at the same time away from the noise. The food was simple and good. The staff amazing the gentleman at the tour desk was able to help us with anything transportation and tours related. We had a great time and good value for money.

Negative points: The view from the back rooms not really good.

Review: room was big, more than enough space for 3 pax, however the food is so so kitchen staff dont want to replenish the food. same food is serve for the 4days we stayed.

Positive points: Super friendly staff from reception to catering staff for breakfast. We felt comfortable straight away when we arrived early morning. They offered even coffee and breakfast to us Fantastic location in the old quarter we walked everywhere. Easy car ride from the airport about 40 minutes. Great laundry service. Decor a bit dated but super clean and we had a big room. Would recommend for Hanoi stay.

Negative points: Nothing but if you can't walk stairs let them know in advance as the lift only goes to the 6th floor and some rooms are on 7 and 8

Positive points: Spacious and clean room, good location close to lake.

Negative points: Very hard and beds, the the worst breakfast we had in Vietnam, lots of street noise in the room. I would not stay in the hotel again.

Positive points: We loved our balcony room. Large. Clean. Noisy, but of course it is above the street so what do you expect. 😉
Great location. Shops and food and cafés near it.
Lovely bed. Comfortable and spacious.

Negative points: Shower flooded room. Lift off the drain cover! Before showering! Needs a notice to tell you.
Breakfast was OK. But hhe fried eggs and fried rice were all cold!!! Why?
Luckily, fruit and pho available 😋
