Positive points: Location, cleanity
Negative points: Nothing
Positive points: High floor, 10th floor, and have a view of the city.
Negative points: Terrible bathroom, with a terrible safety issues with electricity in there. Dirty floor with so much dust. Plus a super small sofa (can't fit even a small person, not to mention my family is all 1m7+). And also terrible curtains that almost fall down when we go to sleep.
Positive points:
Very good staff, stayed until past midnight waiting for us.
The location is ok a bit further away from the chaotic center.
Negative points:
The bed was too hard, I like hard beds but this one felt like a very thin mattress on a sodden board.
No TV even tho it was advertised.
No cooking utensils nor pans. There was two forks, two spoons and two glasses… that’s all for the kitchen, only think you could do was instant noodles.
The place was not super clean.
Hot water for only a very short time.
Elevator didn’t work one of the days (terrible because we were in the 9th floor)

We booked this apartment with the understanding that it included a double bed and a sofa bed, as advertised. However,
upon our arrival, we were met with several unacceptable issues that make our stay impossible to continue.
Cleanliness: The apartment was filthy and clearly had not been cleaned prior to our arrival.
Sofa Bed Issues: There were no bed sheets or pillows provided for the sofa bed, leaving it completely unusable.
Hygiene Concern: Shockingly, we found a pregnancy test on the sofa, which is both disgusting and a major health concern.
Given the condition of the apartment, all three of us are forced to share the single double bed for the night
We were extremely disappointed. We left as soon as possible
When we contacted the owner he told us that we had booked for two people (lie, we booked for three). He laughed at us and kept ringing me on WhatsApp in a harrasive fashion. Please avoid this accommodation.

Spacious room, comfortable and super clean.
It's super close to the old quarter and can easily move around. I enjoyed the privacy and great communication with the host.

Positive points: Really good location, had everything we needed and was so nice. Staff were really nice too.
Positive points: Great quiet yet convenient location, spacious room, good value for money. The communication for booking was easy and staff were very responsive. This was the second time I stayed after the first stay 1 week prior.
Negative points: there were no cups in the room. A bedside lamp would make the room much cozier.
