Lily Hidden Homestay

Review: This place is spacious and has a great location. Beds and bathroom were clean. The homeowner was very responsive to any questions and we're quick to resolve any issues.

Location - 8
Stairs - yes. No lift. It's on the 5th floor up steep stairs.
Safety- issues with stairs and lighting at night when using outside stairs.
There were rats and stray dogs down the alleyway to get to the apartment.
Price - very cheap.
Cleanliness - very good
Staff friendly and helpful - 10/10. Very nice.
How quiet it was - so quiet.
Would we recommend you stay there? Yes.
Beds / pillows - beds good. Pillows were great!
TV yes / no - yes there was a TV
Breakfast included- no.
Other - Very helpful staff. Lady who runs this very quick to respond.
The apartment is very good. Getting up there is not great.
Very busy location. But very quiet at night.

Positive points: Stunning apartment. Designed down to the smallest detail, well equipped, huge. Air conditioning in every room. All equipment is brand new including a washing machine and dryer. Central location, a minute walk to the lake, the night market, cafes and restaurants. Lily, the owner of the apartment, is simply charming and helpful.

Positive points: Recently, my family had an amazing experience staying at Lily Hidden Homestay. Its central location was perfect, just a few steps away from Hoan Kiem Lake and other famous attractions. The space was quiet, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, offering a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere that truly felt like home. The host was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist whenever needed. We were thoroughly impressed and would definitely return if we have the chance to visit Hanoi again. Highly recommended!

Positive points: Excellent location at the Hanoi Old Quarter. It is like its name, it is really a hidden gem where you will find very good furnished apartment with 2 bed-rooms and very large kitchen and dining room. Very cleaning apartment. Worth recommending for my friends and colleagues when they come to Hanoi.
