Hanoi Lake View Hotel & Travel

Review: This was our second stay at this hotel. The members of staff at reception, such as Alex and Cherry, are superb. They are always professional, courteous, smiling, helpful, and they gave us great advice, from where to eat to what type of presents to give Vietnamese relatives. The latter is an example of how genuinely helpful they are. If you are unfamiliar with Vietnam, it's worth asking Cherry or Alex to book the transfer from the airport - it's slightly more expensive than Grab, but it's nice to have someone greet you at the airport and the transportation company they work with is very good. The room we had at the front of the hotel has a nice view onto the street below, but Lo Su is a small street, so noise is not a problem. The location is great.

Review: The staff were amazing, helpful, friendly, and very accommodating. They even sent one of their staff members to the place we were checking out from (we had issues at our original accommodation and had to leave) to help us and make sure we were OK and that we were transferred safely to their hotel.

Review: The staff are enthusiastic. The room is clean but smaller than expected. All the staff members greet guests with very charming smiles. The hotel also helped store my luggage so I could go out and pick it up later in the evening. Overall, the service here is very good if I have the chance to visit Hanoi, I will come back. 💕

Review: We appreciate the warm hospitality and attentive service of the staff, the hotel is right in the heart of the old town, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and eateries, very close and easy to walk to Hoan Kiem Lake.

Positive points: Very good location, clean room, lovely staff, we were able to check in late after arriving late from a sleeper bus.

Review: My host Daily was excellent. From the moment I checked in until I checked out, she assisted me in every way with a smile and humor. She speaks good English and is very easy to communicate with. The receptionist, Flower, was very helpful too. I would highly recommend this hotel. The location is great. It's only 300 meters from Hoàn Kiếm Lake, the main attraction in Hanoi.

Review: This property offered an excellent stay in Hanoi with very helpful staff and clean rooms. The most notable aspect is its proximity to all attractions. It is situated in the heart of the city center with the famous lake across the road. There are plenty of restaurants and live markets around the hotel. I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days. Special thanks to Cherry and the reception team for their excellent hospitality. I arranged all my airport pickups and drops, sightseeing programs, and air tickets through Cherry. She was approachable even at late hours for help. Thank you to the management and staff for all their assistance during my memorable stay in Hanoi. Thank you 🙂

Review: It's close to everything and the staff are amazing! They booked all of our excursions for us and saved us a substantial amount of money compared to other tour companies. The hotel is clean and well-appointed for the price point. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning is just right.

Review: This hotel was very comfortable, the staff helped us a lot, even upgraded our room for free because it was available (: Cherry, one of the workers, was there for everything and made sure we were all right.

Review: Convenient accommodation, easy to move around, diverse dining experiences on the streets, entertainment cafes, very close to Hoan Kiem Lake where you can walk for morning exercise, enjoy beautiful scenery in the afternoon, and have recreational activities in the evening.
