Review: Worth of money, location are great. Staying here for new year. Staff are very friendly. Will stay here again

Positive points: Great location. It’s close to the lake, many good restaurants and good shops yet stays in a very quiet neighborhood without much street noise at night (which happens quite rarely in the Old Quarter based on our experience staying there several times at different properties).

The hotel is clean, staff is welcoming and helpful.

Positive points: This was the best soundproofing and the most natural light we've had in any hotel in Vietnam. It was clean, brand new and we got daily cleaning service. Can't be happier!

Positive points: The owner was very accommodating. He took all our luggages to our room and gave us a box of biscuits for our children. He's very responsive to our questions/messages in the app and arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport (separate payment). The room was spacious for six people. It's simple but very clean and smelled good. It has all the basic things you need for a comfortable stay. There's an elevator as well which is nice and the hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, spas and some places of interest. It's not noisy so we were able to sleep well.

Review: I booked this for an last minute booking for just 1 stay overnight. The room is small but the price was cheap so I can't complain. However the room was not clean, the shower is dirty and there is mold everywhere in the room, in the shower, on the ceiling , in the corner. Don't expect much from this facilities except for the very bare bone. It's ok if you wanna leave your bag there and just need a quick bed to sleep on for short period of time. Don't pay if its not heavily discount!

Positive points: We book a family room and got the biggest room in our stay in Vietnam, a double and three singles, clean and modern. Staff were very helpful and location in excellent should be rated higher. St Joseph cathedral, Hoan Kiem lake right on your doorstep.

Review: It's a very good budget hotel with the bare minimum facilities, one challenge you might face is the huge stairs to climb whith luggage since there's no lift there.
