Positive points: The service was truly 5-star. Lisa at the reception treats you like family and makes you feel like a VIP. The hotel is centrally located in the Old Quarter, just a minute away from the church.

Positive points: The location near the church, lake and chanting monks was wonderful. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The bed was wide and comfortable. The food at breakfast and the Indian restaurant was great.

Review: My husband and I stayed at Minerva Church Hotel in Hanoi for a part of our vacation in Vietnam. The room, breakfast, and accommodation were great, but we were most impressed and grateful to the staff for ensuring our stay and our holiday in Vietnam was enjoyable and easy. They gave us recommendations as to sites to see, restaurants to eat at, and even assisted us with logistics after we departed their hotel to visit other cities in Vietnam. Highly recommend Minerva Church Hotel! Thank you 🙏🏼

best location with starbuck coffee in front, Cong vietnamese iconic coffee in corner and especially iconic Hanoi Church.

Room small in size but includes all I need as bathtub, office table for working.

Review: This was a last-minute booking, so I was able to get it at a really good price. Very happy with the condition and level of service provided. The only thing I wasn't aware of when I booked was that I would hear chanting of monks from close by from early morning. Minor issue.

Positive points: Perfect location near the church but still quiet at night. Beautiful roof top terrace with a table and some chairs. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast consisted of buffet and warm food and was delicious.
The two staff ladies at the reception (Sunny and Lisa) were super friendly and helpful. They had recommendations for all our needs and also helped to make restaurant reservations and book trips. Thank you once again for the lovely stay!
