Review: Ok hotel in Hanoi. It's in a quiet area but close to city attractions.
Loud noises from staff and other guests. Slow ( old ) elevators. And room was not cleaned good enough.
Old building and room.
It say it's a 4 star hotel, to me this was not anything more than a 3 star hotel, in my experience.
Need better cleaning !
Need more professional staff that talk less loud.
A 3 star hotel experience. Ok enough.

Review: The Lenid Hotel Tho Nhuom is in a great location for exploring Hanoi Old Quarter and city centre. The staff are attentive and efficient. The bathroom was clean but needed refurbishment. Overall it was good value for money.
