Positive points: Felt like home in a new city, everything was pretty much walking distance from the location, and although you are right near the main strip, it was very quiet.

Positive points:
very convenient location, close to all attractions, food stalls and shops
the apartment itself is very spacious. the bedroom is more than big enough, has good clean linen and a comfortable bed, and a working air-con.
the kitchen area is on the outside terrace, which is fine. it has a cooking plate , fridge and worktop - although with so many food options just downstairs i didn't need them. it also has a kettle, which was much appreciated.
i used the bath each day, which is a real luxury. the water is lovely and hot.
the host is very lovely. she went out of her way to come meet me to give me a small gift
overall, it's very good value for money. spacious and clean
Negative points:
the bathroom has no walk in shower. the shower hose on the bath has no wall fitting nor shower curtain, so it's not too convenient to use (but you can bath instead)
the bathroom has no wash hand basin for shaving, brushing teeth etc - so you have to use the kitchen sink.
is located on the 5th floor and there is no elevator. quite a mission if you have heavy bags.

Negative points: The accommodation doesn’t look like anything on the photos. It’s on the 5th floor but only thin wooden steps go there. The bathroom and the “kitchen” is outside on the balcony the only thing that could be considered being inside is the bed, which has two walls and two window doors. The smell is not nice, everything is pretty old and not taken care of. It’s the opposite of what we expected, we needed to change into another place.
Positive points: Amazing place and very cooperative staff!

No drinking water in the 5F room but provide at 1F lobby without elevator.
Bad smell in the room due to high humidity.
No water for taking shower in the early morning.

2. Nhân viên Sales cực kỳ tệ, rất tệ và vô trách nhiệm: mình có báo tầm 21h tới, khoá cửa kẹt không mở được. Mình gọi đi gọi lại mà nhất định k nhấc máy, trong khi đã rất muộn và ngoài trời cực nóng thì gọi kiểu gì bạn ấy cũng k nghe máy và chỉ nhắn tin. Cách xử lý cũng rất chậm chạp, mãi sau mới báo chỗ để keys ở chỗ khác và sau đó mình mới lấy được keys để vào. Yêu cầu bên booking và cả CEO của Langmandi-bạn Phương Anh có trách nhiệm xử lý và improve dv bên mình
