Review: This cruise is really amazing. Our guide Violet was very sweet, professional and helpful. They even upgraded my room to Suite on my request.

Review: Just loved the cruise and the food offered to us on the cruise... It's amazing and very friendly staff.

Positive points: It was such a fun time! Everything was very well organized which made our stay easy and chill. We went kayaking, on a beautiful hike, and walked through an enormous cave. Alex, Violet, and the rest of the staff were so fun and very helpful throughout our trip. The food was the best I've tried so far in Vietnam, the chef is amazing! The rooms are very clean and spacious with a nice private and clean bathroom as well. They have a top deck where you can see all the beautiful views and hang out. There are a lot of options for activities on the boat as well like karaoke and squid fishing. I would definitely book through them again if I get the chance!

Review: It's was a great experience! We enjoyed our cruise a lot.

Everything was well managed and went smoothly. We were picked up in Hanoi Old Quarter and brought to the boat. Then did some kayaking, swimming and went to the top of a Titop island. In the evening there were options for karaoke and squid fishing. On the second day, we visited a surprise cave in the morning and avoided big crowds. Then made some spring rolls on boat.

The food was plentiful and there was a choice for any dietary preference. Also, we were provided with some water. But all other drinks are not included.

The service was excellent! Our guide Tony is amazing! He is very cheerful and supportive. He gave us lots of interesting information about Vietnam, Hanoi and Halong Bay. Also, the crew was very nice and supportive.

We had a wonderful cabin with an ocean view. It was very comfortable and clean.

Would like to thank the team for a wonderful experience!

Positive points: The service was really good and the tours were organized well. Violet our tour guide, spoke English well. The rooms were clean and the view was exceptional! I will come back next time!

Review: Just spent three weeks in Vietnam and the Halong bay cruise was the best experience, we did 2 nights 3 days and were glad we did,. The second day was spent with a small group on a day boat exploring parts of the bay that 1 night trips don't get to, everything about the Royal Palace cruise was good with one minor exception being the confusing happy hour drinks. The staff were friendly, helpful and informative, the boat being of more traditional design was a good experience. All cruises do pretty much the same itinerary so its hard to compare but we were extremely happy we chose Royal Palace.

Positive points: The stay was very comfortable and violet made the activities very amazing.

Review: The 2 day cruise in a Ha Long was amazing! The Royale Palace boat crew was very nice and welcoming. The tour guides, Noi, Alex, and the crew on board made our experience extra special, and very personable! They spoke great English, and were organized and clear with the itinerary and tours. The rooms were charming, comfortable, clean and bathrooms were way beyond my expectations for a boat trip. Beds very comfortable as well! The food included is worth the price alone, everyone was well fed, and diets were well catered to (I’m a vegetarian so this was a plus for me). I would highly recommend this boat, and tour to Ha Long Bay! It’s the best way to see the landscape, in comfort and style! The value of the trip and price is certainly exceptional!

Review: I had a great time during my Royal Palace Cruise tour. I spent one night at the boat and the second on the bungalow. The boat is not new but well-maintained. Our tour guide, Dgu (not sure how to spell it), was very nice and accomodating. The ref in our room was broken but i didnt bother complaining about it because our next door was having the same issue and had no immediate fix. The second night at the Nam Cat island was simply fabulous as well. It was nice and quiet, and you have a lot of recreational stuff to do. There was a slight moment when water stopped while i was showering, but they fixed that after a few minutes. Overall, almost all the food prepared on the tour package were delicious and splendid. I'd recommend this to a friend :)

Emails the night before the stay... no staff to welcome us at the pier... board the boat and received an email 10 min later telling us that there is a problem with one of our two rooms and we need to go on an other boat... they had simply overbooked... they then transferred us telling that it is an upgrade which wasn’t. The other boat (Silver Sea) was bigger and had no charm at all... not what we wanted... The staffs were nice but at the end when we pay this amount of money for one night, we also expect a smooth experience... I will never book again with this company.

Positive points: The room and the view from it, outstanding!! And our guide, violet, she is very smart and welcoming :)

Review: A lovely and wonderful trip with Royal Palace Cruise. The views were stunning, the ship was super nice, cozy and clean. Foods were delicious and all staffs were so friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Alex.

Review: My son and I came to Halong Bay for an early Christmas trip and we had the most relaxing and enjoyable time. Our guide Alex and the crew were friendly and knowledgeable, the room was clean with the most amazing view and my 7 year old son had a ball. The food was great and the size of the boat really made it feel all the more intimate. We will back again!

Positive points: The staff were exceptionally good especially the tour leader Violet who spoke excellent English and was very informative. The food was absolutely amazing, such a variety and 6 courses for lunch and dinner.
The excursions were excellent and each day was varied and amazing!
Everything was well planned and ran smoothly.
