Positive points: The hotel is new and all amenities are of a good standard. The staff were very good. Breakfast and dinner was great.

Negative points: The hotel is currently surrounded by other building sites but as no construction work was going on while we were there, there was no noise. The hotel is up on the hill out of town but an easy taxi ride into town and restaurants etc

Positive points: Staff were amazing and helpful! Breakfast was the best I ever had so fresh and many options. Bed was soft and the bathtub with a view made it worth it!

Negative points: It was down season so not much to do in the city but the hotel is so nice you won't want to leave!

Positive points: The room was big and confortable and the facilities were very clean. Also the staff was very welcoming.

Negative points: We were told that ordering french fries would take 45 minutes, which is too long especially at dinner time. Also, the sauna could not close well and the jacuzzi was not well designed and there was not enough water (and it was not hot, as a jacuzzi should be).

Positive points: Everything was perfect. Our king room and view were so beautiful. Hotel decor was like artwork. Breakfast was incredible. The staff were so nice and helpful, including helping us celebrate our anniversary - it seemed like every staff member had been informed and wished us happy anniversary as we passed them, just lovely. This was probably the best 2 nights in a hotel that we’ve ever had.

Negative points: Nothing - everything was honestly perfect.

Review: Very spacious room. Clean. Well equipped. I like the buffet breakfast. My room has seaview but it is partially blocked by a new building which is still under construction. The location is quite remote from tourist attractions.

Positive points: The hotel is absolutely amazing. It holds itself to an international 5-star-standard. The rooms and all the facilities were completely clean and modern. The design was beautiful and the staff super nice. Gym and pool were good too. The spa is great too, the let us have a private sauna and jacuzzi which both was super clean and with a great smell. If i am ever back in Halong i will definitely book this hotel again!

Negative points: If you do not book breakfast beforehand and want to have it they charge 800.000 VND per person per day which in total (1.6 mio) is more than the cost for a double room per night. I find that weirdly expensive in relation. Therefore we decided against it.

Positive points: Yatch hotel is very well designed and well built for the comfort which suits European style, fine finishing details. The reasonable organization for each function brings a wonderful experience even for leisure or work.

Negative points: Everything is so perfect to complain about:)
