10.0 Beautiful hotels in Ha Long - Minh 16-03-2025

Review: A cozy, clean hotel with a huge balcony and a beautiful view. Sitting on the balcony, drinking beer and admiring the city is just perfect. The rooftop bar on the 30th floor is also really beautiful. Friendly staff will take good care of you. Next time I come to Ha Long, I'll only stay at this hotel. Overall, it deserves a perfect score of 10.

Positive points: The breakfast and restaurant were good. The building had good amenities.

Negative points: The bathroom in the room has no shower. Only a tub with a shower wand and no partition or mount for the wand. I actually went to the fitness center locker room to shower as they had great walk in showers….

Review: An excellent value for money . We ate at the hotel’s restaurant in the evenings and all the food was excellent. Was very impressed. Had the pool on the 30th floor all to ourselves. Breakfast buffet was great with tons of choices for everyone. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Review: Nice room, great big balconies. Excellent breakfast selection. Top notch facilities like pools and gym. About a 10 minute walk to the nearest shopping strip. Great stay.

Positive points: The room was very nice, the staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, facilities were nice and we had a lovely view from one of the higher floors.

Negative points: We were a family of 3 in a double room - all as booked, the only small downside was that there were only towels for 2 people and not for 3.

Positive points: We came after the Yagi typhoon so everything was not really back to normal yet (outdoor pool and rooftop bar were close) but the room was nice. Ms. An reservation was great at supporting setup our requests on welcome amenities.

Negative points: Unstable Electricity. Couldn’t find the instruction to use the phone. It took me awhile to figure out how to call guest services.
And my room were not allowed to use the kitchen facilities while other rooms of my group could.

Positive points: Clean and spacious room, nice bathroom, amazing views, and well equipped gym and nice pools.

Hotel gives bicycles for free use.

Negative points: Most of the staff did not speak english very well, a lot of misunderstandings by them and they seemed annoyed because of that.

Problems with elevators.

Poorly executed breakfast when a lot of people staying at the hotel. Could not get breakfast during our last morning, because most foods were out and there weren't any free tables.

Negative points: Location at the moment is quite far from the busy area but it looks like a new beach location is going up that will change the area
