Ha Long Essence Premium Hotel

Positive points: I stayed here for two nights and the hotel’s staff is great! Special thank you to Linh from the front desk, who has been amazing giving me advices where to go/how to get there. Also, the staff helped me to rent a scooter.
The room has A/C and it’s very clean. The hotel it’s also very close to the beach.
I highly recommend it!

Review: Vị trí khách sạn khá là ok tuy nhiên phòng ốc có mùi hôi mốc. Lẽ ra là mình vẫn chấm điểm cao cho khách sạn này tuy nhiên khách sạn này có cái trò trick khách hàng để xin review 5 sao. Mình đến đây nhiều lần rồi lần nào cũng nói “bên em nâng hạng phòng của anh chị lên deluxe Anh chị nhớ cho em 5* nhé”. Lần đầu mình cũng vui vẻ ok luôn, Tuy nhiên mấy lần sau, càng lúc phòng deluxe càng kem, nên mình sinh nghi, xem lại mô tả các hạng phòng và đo diện tích phòng thì phát hiện phòng mình vẫn là superior chứ chả có deluxe nào cả. Lần sau nên trung thực, trung thực kèm dịch vụ tốt sẽ tạo nên uy tín, tiền kiếm có thể ít đi, lâu giàu nhưng danh dự và uy tín thì sẽ ngày một tăng và cuối cùng trái ngọt sẽ đến.

Review: The hotel is clean, and the staff is enthusiastic and friendly. I originally planned to stay just one day and then leave, but the hotel helped me upgrade to a spacious family room with a bathtub at no extra cost, so I decided to stay for another night. Especially, the hotel is very close to the beach it's just a 2-minute walk, and it's about 1km away from Sunworld. In the evening, walking to the beach is very lively and bustling.

We got free upgrade to the highest level of rooms because, the hotel was empty during our first night.
