Review: When traveling everywhere, I always prioritize resting at MT. I have stayed at 3, 4, and 5-star hotels, and the breakfast has generally been fine. However, my recent stay here might be due to it being shortly after the Tet holiday, so the breakfast was quite poor. I hope that when I return to Ha Long next summer, I will have a more valuable experience and be able to enjoy Ha Long's specialties at my accommodation. The staff's care is enthusiastic and deserves a perfect score, no doubt about it. I wish the tourists and staff a good day.

Positive points: The room was so beautiful and big. it was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was so good. The food was great, the staff in the restaurant were awesome. Great gym with weights and bike and treadmills. I had a wonderful stay.

Review: The hotel is located right behind Luxury Mường Thanh. The staff is extremely enthusiastic. The receptionist is polite and allows guests to check in early when there are available rooms. The luggage staff is very sweet. Overall, it is definitely worth the price. If it weren't raining, being able to use the pool would be fantastic.

Positive points: Room was comfortable and clean. Food was tasty, cheap and quantity was good. Though every day they said that they were out of stock and only fried rice and noodle are available. Nothing else were possible to serve. First night we were forced to go out to have dinner, and on the second day I went to the dinning area wrote a recipe with the available stock of ingredients, translated it in their language with the help of Google translator and explained the chef how to prepare it. It was a lot of pain.

Negative points: The staff tried to take commission from the boat cruise and taxi we booked through the hotel. Over charged us for them.They booked boat cruise, and taxi for us and charged extra than the market rate, and took commission out of that. They asked for 650,000vnd for airport drop we bargained with the taxi driver for 600,000 vnd who agreed to it but the young man on night duty told the driver not to agree in their language right in front of us, when we refused to hire him and instead go with alternative taxi, he couldn't manipulate. Where as a local taxi agreed to go at 500,000vnd only . Any boat cruise charged 700,000 vnd and less, but the reception arranged 780,000vnd on the pretext of good and safe cruise, where as everyone else in the cruise paid less than us.

Positive points: Phòng tắm có bồn,tiện nghi đầy đủ

Negative points: Nước ở bồn tắm màu vàng k sạch sẽ.Mình thấy ở bể bơi có mấy bạn lấy nhầm phao cứu hộ xg cho con chơi mà bác bảo vệ cứ gào ầm lên quát bắt mang lên trả,theo mình thì bác có thể nói bình thường mà🙂‍↔️. Phòng mình thuê ghi chú có view biển nhưng k phải nha!

Review: Vì vị trí khách sạn không nằm ngoài mặt tiền nên yên tỉnh và ngủ rất ngon giấc, nhân viên lễ tâm rất nhiệt tình và vui tính, giúp đỡ nhiệt tình book tàu cho khách tham quan vịnh Hạ Long. Nội thất và bữa sáng đúng chuẫn Mường Thanh.

Positive points: Không được một điều gì ưng cả

Negative points: Phòng ốc nhìn ko được mới, ga giường có vệt bẩn. Cách âm kém phòng tầng trên chạy nhảy nghe thấy hết. Bữa sáng thì có được vài món. Thậm chí cả gia đình bị kẹt thang máy 15p. Bấm chuông thang máy cũng ko thấy nhân viên trả lời. May là có người lớn chứ nếu chỉ có trẻ em ko thì ko biết giờ các bé thế nào. Nói chung là phí tiền !!!
