Private room in Halong center

Review: Disgusting! Room was smelly and super dirty. They didn't change the blanket and it turned yellow with body odor. The curtain has lots of black mold stains. There are many flies in the room. Stay away at all cost. No housekeeping service daily and they don't have a safe to store valuables. Wifi appears mostly with no connection and super slow.

Positive points: The room was as in the pictures, staff was nice and responsive, food was great.

Review: the room we booked was clean and fine, the host is very nice and responsive, the only issue I faced is that the room I got didn't have any sunlight, also there was no limit on when there's no more noise downstairs which is where my room was, but that's just me, if you're like me, make sure to talk to the host before booking.

Review: Great place you have your own room

Positive points: Private room, nice big windows, good location, within walking distance of the Halong Bay International Cruise port. Early check-in was possible for an additional fee. Responsive and friendly host. Iced tea and bánh mi’s were also tasty and reasonably priced. We organized our own Halong Bay activities privately, but they are also willing to help you sort it out!

Positive points: The host is very friendly, she helped us with tours, taxi and recommendations.
The house is very nice and has a nice space for travellers to gather and talk if they are up to it.
The location is great, with restaurants and supermarket at walking distance.

Review: The homestay is located in the center of the tourist area, making it very convenient for getting around. The owner is also very helpful and supportive during our stay. If there is an opportunity in the future, I will definitely come back.

Positive points: It was close to where we needed to be.

Review: Swimming pool wasn't open, however the nice pictures of it were not removed. This is kinda misleading, howeo, everything else was good! I would still recommend the place

Positive points: Exceptional staff, great shared space, nice facilities, delicious breakfasts, quiet place that is actually very close to amazing restaurants and stunning views. Please note: they say there is no parking place - that is true for cars, but I was there by a motorbike and they have parking for that, no problem at all!

Review: While the property boasts excellent shopping options and good facilities, cleanliness and staff service were major letdowns.
Housekeeping standards were subpar, impacting our sleep quality negatively. The location was decent, but access to the airport was inconvenient. Overall, a stay with highs and lows that could benefit from improvements in cleanliness and staff attentiveness.

Positive points: Excellent location, delicious food and coffee, reliable internet, and a cozy room—all I required at an affordable price.
