Review: Beautiful new hotel right across Sun World in Bai Chay. Room is clean and spacious. Outside swimming pool is nice but too cold. Breakfast is average. Staff is courteous but not helpful except Thuy. Overall this hotel is good for the money

Review: It must have been off season when we stayed as it was extremely quiet. I imagine in the warmer months it would be a very popular place to stay. Clean and comfortable with good facilities, area was quiet but again probably due to time of year
Positive points: Great location to get to the theme park and water park.
Negative points: Very smelly room and hallway, due to carpet. Elevators are horrible. They dont work properly and skip floors occasionally. The hotel handle big group very poorly

Review: Good clean hotel with clean rooms and nice breakfast. View from the room was amazing, walking distance many restaurants and bars.

Very smelly carpet within rooms. The elevators worked poorly when crowded. Sometimes they skip floors.
Bad check-in/out system. The hotel manage big groups very clumsy
Review:
If you want to do Halong Bay stay on a cruise for 1 or 2 nights, halong is totally a ghost town and you don't have nothing to do. The government should make anything to revive the city.
In this hotel the breakfast has absolutely nothing for western food and all the staf don't speak English. I had reserved three nights there And only stay 1 because it's terrible
Positive points: The pool was big. The breakfast buffet was decent.
Negative points: We stayed in one of their executive suites. The rooms and bathrooms are tiny. The suite could be cleaner. The front staffs are not efficient or helpful much. The cleaning staffs yelled loudly when we asked for some missing towels, they thought we couldn’t understand them. The other guests there are always obnoxiously loud and have poor manners.

It was a nice surprise to show up at a pretty new 5* hotel- it locates cross the street from theme park and walking strip where are all the restaurants, shops...
We had ocean view rooms and the view of Ha Long Bay was spectacular- We definitely come back when we are in Ha Long again-
Positive points:
Location was exvellent for walking to restaurants/cafes and directly across road to theme park
Spectacular views of bay and night lights from our balcony ( balcony furniture is needed)
Taxis available right outside foyer, minimart 2 minute walk out front…. 5 min walk to atm’s

Negative points:
Air con …despite us altering by controller it never changed and nights ( in seperate bedrooms) were hot and sweaty.
Kitchen only had kettle but a great fridge no cooking utensils/crockery (maybe ask for them- we used nearby restaurants)
Carpets and furniture needed a deep clean
But the plus was spacious apartment and amazing views
Review: We stat at Muong Thanh Luxury II hotel for 4 days. The location is very convenient to visit Hạ Long and is closed to the International seaport. The staff at the reception is nice and efficient and the ocean view from the room is breathtaking. I would suggest that the staff who meet and greet guests for breakfast at the restaurant entrance on the 5th floor smile more and be more cheerful. Everything else is good and I would come back to stay there on my future visits.
Positive points:
The view of the Halong Bay was excellent from hotel room. Breakfast was good. Very near to Bai Chay Harbour from where our cruise started. Sunworld is just across the road, entire Sunworld was visible from the hotel room. Price was also reasonable. We had a very nice stay.
There are three hotels in the same names adjacent to each other, so got bit confused while arriving.
Negative points: Nothing as such.
Review: Excellent location opposute Sunworld where children and teenagers can enjoy playing facing old streets with good restaurant for fresh see food. Clean, good facilities. No body lotion for winter holiday

Incontinence breakfast, different from day to day due to over capacity

Positive points: We had very nice view of the roller coaster in the amusement park and view of Ha Long Bay. There were numerous eateries within easy walking distance. The breakfast was sumptuous and offered a wide range of choices, mostly aimed at Asian guests.
Negative points: It's not a 5-star hotel by international standard.
