Ha Long Land Hotel

Review: We used this hotel for one night prior to a Ha Long Bay Cruise. The Hotel is very clean with large rooms. The beds are very comfortable. Nice breakfast. They even gave us a ride at no charge to the cruise boat location. I would definitely recommend. The staff didn't speak english but used google translate to communicate!!

Positive points: Laura is a great property manager, she speaks very frequently English and provides us with great information. Excellent service

Positive points: The service could not have been better. They were able to arrange a reasonably priced transfer from Hanoi, offered to order food for us when we arrived, and they drove us to our cruise location the next day. The family running the hotel is very nice, and they put significant effort into a breakfast that overlooks the bay from their top floor. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. I highly recommend staying here!

Positive points: The hotel is simple, but functional. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. We booked this hotel overnight prior to a cruise and the location is perfect for Tuan Chau cruise departures. We loved the family feel of the hotel and the good honest folks managing it. The breakfast was delicious and there was more than enough for everyone. The whole family is involved in the guest experience and everyone is very friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The views of the harbour from our balcony were beautiful.

Positive points: Location is on bay and dock directly where a lot of the tours take place. The location was especially convenient as my group was able to head to our daily activities with ease and no trouble. The staff is incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. This was the best place to stay on the whole bay.
