Review: This is a very new hotel in a convenient location with a good variety of food within short walking distance. There a night bazaar market 5 minutes away. Will stay here again if we come back to Halong Bay

Positive points: Super cute hotel with new looking and clean rooms. The bed was comfortable and bathroom had an actual shower. Looked just like the pictures and was a great stay for one night. Would stay again!

Positive points: I loved everything about the property. It was so worth for the price paid. It was very clean and aesthetic. The staff is nice and helpful. The location is great because there’s lots of food shops nearby.

Review: The room was above my expectation with the affordable rates. More food & shops location require about 10mins walking distance, but realised that many has closed down, not sure if it is related to recent major typhoon. The hotel staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Set breakfast was simple, still acceptable.

Positive points: Ha is very professional and helpful. She is very attentive. The rooms are great. We enjoyed staying here.

Review: The hotel is new, the rooms are beautiful, the interior decoration is eye-catching, and the rooms are clean. Our group booked both double and family rooms and were quite satisfied. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly. The location is not far from the beach young people can walk, and families with small children can conveniently call for an electric vehicle (40-50k for 10 people comfortably). The area is quite peaceful for families with young children or older adults.

Review: 1. The first positive point goes to all the hotel staff:
- My family arrived at the hotel around noon during a light rain. The hotel staff came out with an umbrella to escort us from the car to the hotel. While waiting to check in, some staff at the bakery even played with my two kids. So cute! The reception staff was the same, enthusiastic, cheerful, always wearing bright smiles and ready to assist if we needed anything.
2. The next positive point is for the hotel room:
- There were still many rooms available, so the staff helped me choose the color and floor I wanted.
- When we got to the room, I must say there was nothing to complain about. For a reasonable price, I received a super beautiful room that was very spacious, tidy, clean, and fully equipped. The color tones were absolutely charming. The hotel’s location is right near all the entertainment spots: the beach, Sun World Halong, Bar Valley, the night market, and the old town,…
The final positive point goes to the housekeeping staff.
3. The next positive point I give to the housekeeping staff:
- They were very gentle and even asked if I needed any additional cleaning assistance.
In conclusion, this trip to Halong with my husband and our two kids was wonderful and memorable. The people of Halong are very lovely and friendly. Thank you very much, everyone. See you again very soon! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Positive points: Great value stay with a great cafe downstairs!

Review: It’s my first time here with family and after a year I'm coming back with friends. Everything is still very nice and suitable for going with a group of friends or as a couple. The prices are very reasonable. The coffee shop next door has very delicious drinks as well. The staff support is enthusiastic, from the reception to the cleaning ladies, all are very lovely. I hope to come back again.

Review: Beautiful and spacious hotel with lovely decorations. If you book early, you can get a very affordable price. Each room has a different color and style. The staffs (Ánh, Hào, Nam) are helpful and friendly, providing excellent service to our family. The dining area is beautifully designed, resembling a café. The hotel is located near the beach (700m), and you can take an electric car for 60k.
