2.0 CAUTION FOR SCAMS - Duy 23-02-2025

Review: IT IS A SCAM. We booked a room with nice sea view at level 26 as advertised. The host gave us a no sea view room at different level. Tv in the room was not working. This room is worse and cheaper than the room we booked. The host did not gave us any reason until we asked. Then the host just gave us a sorry without giving us a correct room. Please be careful when you book with this host

Review: The room is spacious and clean. The house is fine for children. The breakfast is not diverse and takes a long time to serve.

Review: The new KS is clean, spacious, and has beautiful interiors. The staff is friendly. However, the two-bed room has slightly small beds and isn’t very spacious. Nevertheless, it's decent for the price.

Review: New hotel, quite nice rooms, city view. Family room is also very spacious. Staff are lovely, I participated in a running race in Ha Long and returned for a late breakfast, but the staff proactively informed me that breakfast would be served later for the athletes. If I have the chance to revisit Ha Long, I will choose this hotel again.

Review: - Breakfast should be improved a bit. More variety in dishes.
- The pool should have specific opening hours noted.
- The hotel is clean, with new furnishings, and the service is quite professional I am very satisfied. Additionally, the hotel has a private parking area for guests. 8/10

3.0 Not a good choice - Karathy 11-11-2024

Positive points: The room was quite new and clean. Good view

Negative points: - The kitchen staff (waitress) was not professional by ignoring the guest's request, they did not ask the guests if they would like to have anything for breakfast or even introduce or inform the guest which will have for today. Example : someone couldnt eat seafood, onion,... anything , they should have done it before brought the food to the guests. Note that the food they served us is from the restaurant down on the street , really bad service
- Outside the hotel is very dirty as they are fixing and renovating the road.
- Television is not working for channels, bluring , couldnt see anything , but could work for youtube
- Hot water you need to wait for a long time, very inconvenient
- Dirty and dusty lobby and restaurant areas
- The location is far away from everything, just nearby one supermarket and a minimart, if you want to find a restaurant you have to walk around few kilometers

Finally, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone

Review: Chúng tôi may mắn được ở đây trong vài tuần! Đây là một khách sạn nhỏ xinh đẹp, nằm ở vị trí tuyệt vời nhất. Các phòng rất lớn, rộng rãi và thoải mái với bồn tắm và vòi sen riêng. WiFi rất tốt và nhanh. Bữa sáng theo kiểu buffet, có trứng, súp, cơm, mì, trái cây, cà phê và nước trái cây. Chúng tôi là người ăn chay và có đủ cho chúng tôi, và cũng rất ngon. Mất khoảng 20 phút đi bộ đến bãi biển, nơi này đẹp và sạch sẽ tuyệt đối. Có nhiều cửa hàng và nhà hàng xung quanh. Một cách nói thật, mọi thứ bạn cần đều ngay trước cửa. Nhân viên đều rất, rất tốt. Thân thiện và hữu ích trong mọi lúc. Chúng tôi rất thích nơi này. Đây là một trong những khách sạn tốt nhất mà chúng tôi đã ở tại Việt Nam.

Positive points: Bữa sáng k đa dạng lắm nhưng cũng vừa đủ.
Vị trí nằm bên Hòn Gai, cách bãi tắm khoảng 2km, nếu không muốn vui chơi mà chỉ cần 1 nơi nghỉ ngơi ăn uống đồ địa phương thì khách sạn này là 1 lựa chọn k tồi
