Review: Good staff clean place comfy bed

Review: We stayed one night here before our Ha Long Bay cruise and found it perfectly good for our purposes. The breakfast was simple, which is fine other than the significant number of fruit flies that hovered near the fresh fruit section.

Review: Halios exceeded every single expectation! The rooms immaculate, quiet, comfortable, safe, and the staff was unbelievably friendly and welcoming. We extended our stay numerous days! It’s was excellent in every sense!

Review: The room was modern but quite dusty. I had to wipe the dust off with tissues. Didn’t look like many guests at breakfast area. Although breakfast was included but breakfast was bad. Room Cleaning needs improvement , even tissue holder full of dust. My overall experience was not the best but not bad at all.

Positive points: Khách sạn mới, giá phải chăng, đi công tác ở lịch sự mà không bị quá đắt. Bữa sáng tuy ít món nhưng vừa ăn, khá ổn với tầm giá

Review: I booked a room for a business trip, the receptionist and the security guard were very supportive, and the room was clean. The location is convenient, close to famous eateries, and there is ample parking space.

Review: The hotel is clean. The staff is super cute and friendly. I left my backpack at the hotel and they kindly helped send it to me in Hai Phong. Highly recommend everyone to stay at Halios hotel when visiting Ha Long because it is super wonderful.
