Review: The staff here go above and beyond for you. I got food poisoning and they did everything to make sure I was OK. The breakfast is pretty good as well and the rooms are big and clean.

Review: Really nice hotel & excellent value for money with modern rooms that are spotlessly clean. I didn't use the roof pool as it was out of season but would be a nice bonus in warmer months. Slightly out of the way but only 10 mins to some cafés & restaurants. Town very quiet in February. A very pleasant stay & I would recommend this hotel.

Giá cả rất là hợp lý, phòng rộng rãi đẹp, các món ăn sáng rất hợp khẩu vị mình. Và đặc biệt khách sạn nằm ngay trung tâm gần biển nhưng không gian rất yên tĩnh, không bị ảnh hưởng bởi tiếng ồn của các quán bar ở bãi biển. Mình đã giới thiếu bạn bè đến khách sạn này. Các bạn nên đưa Thái Hà vào lựa chọn đầu tiên khi đến Hạ Long nhé !

Review: I went with a group of 6 people and booked 3 double rooms with a sea view. Normally, I don’t often write reviews, but this place is truly wonderful and deserves one. Our room was on the 7th floor although it wasn’t directly facing the sea, we could still see it clearly. The room has glass on two sides, so it feels very spacious. The area isn't too large, but it's just enough and cozy for two people. The decor is simple but very pretty. When sunlight shines through the glass, it makes for beautiful photos. One downside is that the bathroom door doesn’t have a lock it’s just a sliding glass door. The air conditioning is directly above the bed, so if you leave it on overnight, it could easily cause a headache.

Review: Everything is good except 20 mins walk from the reliable mini-Marts Iike Circle-K and dining area. There is a small shop beside the hotel but limited supplies and only open in the morning. The view from hotel is amazing and staff are really nice. I extended my stay one more night there.
