Positive points: The Front desk was extremely helpful. Great location. Our rooms were upgraded. The view from the room was spectacular. The food was good. Overall experience was fantastic.

Review: We have booked 3d/2n stay and was auto upgraded to better room view. Along the road side there are many restaurants and some hotels closed and make it rather quiet. But the sea view makes it up for all. I love the professionalism of the hotel staffs. Fluent in English & Korean. It is also easy to book a cab using Grab App too. Wyndham Legend Halong is highly recommend 5 stars hotel for the stays if anyone is looking for waking up with a grand sea view greeting you throughout the day. :)

Positive points: It’s a beautiful hotel. Staff is so friendly and helpful, which is the most important thing about a hotel stay (at a 4 star and above level - cleanliness should be a given).
The rooms were spacious and the views were great - stayed on the 10th floor.
Get the breakfast package! Well worth it.
The restaurant manager, Pham Thi Huyen, and her staff are wonderful!
The whole experience has made me start to switch travel plans from Marriott/Hilton to Wyndham hotels. I hope all of their other 5-star hotels are just as good.

Review: No nasty surprises here. Good value for a decent room in a good location overlooking the bay.
Doesn’t appear to be much to do around that location but I didn’t have too much time to explore, so it might be okay with more time.
Good facilities and friendly staff. Bear in mind the distance from Hanoi if you’re coming from the airport there. It’s a good 3 hour taxi drive on some interesting highways. Seatbelt highly recommend.

Review: I went with my family, which includes many children, so I booked a superior room without breakfast. The room price is cheap, and most rooms have both a bathtub and a standing shower. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious, and the staff are friendly and enthusiastic.

Positive points: Covenient location, near Bai Chay bridge and the famous restaurant in Halong - Hong Hanh 3. Rooms with magnificent view of the sea and the bridge day and night. We love the free upgraded room a lot with two windows facing to the bay. Friendly and polite staff. Happy to come back again.
