Positive points: clean, nice location, new
Negative points: the frond desk took an hour to complete our check in and hand us the keys. it was too late at night and it seemed he didn’t know anything. he had to call a lady on the phone, then we ended up with the wrong room! with 2 single beds instead of a queen bed. but we were tired 🥱 anyways so we took it.

Positive points: It was fancy for its price. Very clean and had a good night sleep because it's calm.
Negative points: It was perfect, there's nothing that i didn't like.

The receptionist helped us a lot. We booked a HaLong Tour with them and it was awesome!!
They helped us to take the bus to the airport and even sent a hotel employee to make sure that we got it.
The hotel owner was pretty kind as well.

Ks vắng vẻ mà vệ sinh kém, có mùi hôi khó chịu. Phòng chật, nội thất sơ sài, không đáng giá tiền.
Bãi biển toàn bùn và ốc, lội biển về ai cũng bị ốc cứa rách chân. Nước biển cũng bẩn nữa.

Positive points: tất cả nhân viên đều lịch sự và thân thiện. bé sơ sinh của tôi được hỗ trợ ở mức tối đa. cháo đông lạnh mà tôi mang theo được gửi ở tủ mát và tủ đông tại sảnh khách sạn, tôi được mượn phòng bếp và dụng cụ nấu ăn để nấu cháo cho bé. Khách sạn gần các quán ăn ngon nổi tiếng: quán sam bà tỵ chính hiệu cột 5, nhà hàng hồng hạnh 2, nhà hàng hương 2, bún hải sản loan thúy đông bắc...
Review: The hotel is also near the beach, but it's a bit far to walk. I rented a scooter to get to the beach easily. The staff are enthusiastic, cheerful, and friendly. However, the room did not meet my expectations. The bed is small for a family with two small children. The cleaning staff did not clean thoroughly there is still a lot of dust.
