8.0 Good hotel, needs improvement on customer care! - Govindan 09-10-2023

Positive points: Room size was big, we stayed in an executive suite room. Location of the hotel is good.

Negative points: There was some major maintainance work (replacement of floor carpet on the passage). We got to know about this only when we got out of the room for breakfast on the second day of our stay!! They should have moved our room to another floor, as there were plenty of rooms unoccupied! This is poor planning and careless customer service!

Review: The location is a bit far from the entertainment center, and the address is not clearly marked on the map, so it can be a bit of a hassle to find. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very suitable for families.

Review: The room is big and beautiful, my children really like it. The only thing is that we can only check in at 3:30 PM.

Review: The Hotel room is spacious and very comfortable. The Jacuzzi wasnt working and had to be attended to it twice and started to function the next day. Safe locker was not working but they replaced it for me. Room service after make over they just replaced with 2 small body wash and we were four and it took 1 hour to be replaced after repeated calls to reception and room service, They also knew very little english. But the main staffs were good and polite and did their best to assist. I would recommend this hotel stay.
