Review: Thus is close to the Marina for Ha Long boat / cruise trip. Overall good place for the price food can br ordered through Grab eats. Staff helped tobarrange transportation and moterbike on rent at reasonable cost. Also, they prepared special vegetarian meal for my wife (in breakfast).
Positive points: Very well priced, very quiet hotel right next to the harbour where the Halong cruises go out. Breakfast was a bit average but not bad. Lovely views out towards the bay mountains.

Review: Hotel condition is new and clean. Boss and staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel has fantastic view facing ocean and marina. The hotel price is reasonably low.. Overall experience is amazing.
Positive points: The staff was helpful and tried to accommodate my requests. They kept my luggage for me even after I checked out overnight so I thought that was great of them.. the view from the bedroom is fantastic
Negative points:
I specifically asked reception if it was okay for me to come for breakfast at 9:00 a.m. as it was closing at 9:30. I asked the previous night and I was told yes. But on that morning I got a message asking if I can come earlier because other guests have finished. I did not like that at all. It was only a request but I don't want to be at the mercy of other guests and I specifically asked the previous day. I got the message at about 8:30 so it's not going to be possible for me too rush down on such notice. The breakfast amount was just sufficient for the four of us so it did not feel like a full scale buffet. Besides somebody came 15 minutes after we did.. so we were not the last.
Some of the information I was given beforehand was not true like the cost of the electric car and also the amount of luggage I could keep in it. This would have been a big problem had I made plans based on what they had told me earlier.
I was told there were many restaurants around the hotel where I could get dinner.packed. But in fact that was only one in total and even that was a buffet which obviously could not be packed. Hence I did not have dinner on that day. I found that the hotel intentionally give me wrong information so that I would be forced to eat at the buffet.
The area around the hotel is dark and lonely and not comfortable to walk around in the night.
Review: The location overlooks the pier and part of the sea, the most crowded in the area. The room is clean, especially the sheets and blankets, the staff is few but take care of guests very enthusiastically and friendly. Breakfast is not professional but acceptable for the price range. Suitable for resting with family who have a car. The Lotus Restaurant is located right in the same row, very good compared to the price level in Ha Long. Overall, satisfied.

Positive points: Modern hotel with large bright rooms and beautiful views of HaLong Bay. Exceptional staff eager to serve the guests in a professional and friendly manner. Sofia and her colleague, at the front desk, helped me with booking trips and taxis. They made recommendations and were always very pleasant.
Review: Ks gần bến tàu, sạch sẽ, phòng rộng thoáng, mình đi ngày thường vắng khách nên đồ ăn sáng không được phong phú nhưng các bạn nhân viên rất tuyệt vời, nhà mình cần ăn sớm để di chuyển nên các bạn làm rất nhanh.

Review: We took a Halong bay cruise and stayed here after for one night. It was very quiet and clean. Very good value for money. Breakfast was not a big selection but we ate plenty. Staff was very friendly and let us have a late check out to catch our car to the airport.
