D'Lecia Ha Long Hotel

Review: Hotel was nice and fancy. A lot of marble everywhere. Staff was friendly & helpful. Room looked great. Bed was comfy, view from room was great. Shower was great. Pool looked really good but Jan is too cold to swim. Only complaint i have is when you get off the lift on your room floor the lights are all motion activated. So its really dark and you have to step out in the dark for the lights to come on. This was very scary like in horror movies..

Positive points: Exceptional value - very cheap for the quality of the room. Very large and spacious. Bathroom was excellent too.
Booked during low season so it felt like we had the entire floor to ourselves.
Being on the 11th floor is was whisper silent. Couldn't hear the traffic from up here.
I needed laundry urgently and they were able to accommodate it within a few hours.
Extremely happy with this hotel. Highly recommended.

Review: The hotel is new and beautiful, friendly staff. The room is big and comfortable. A good size swimming pool. There are shops and food near the hotel. We enjoyed our stay in D’Lecia.

Positive points: Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They did inform us of the game that was going on and would be welcome to watch in the lobby. We did watch in the lobby and had a great time, room service was average but but disappointed. Would definitely stay again!

Review: Location: need to walk about 1 hour or 10 minutes of taxi ride to get to the beach.
Room: good size, furniture looked old, but the design and material looked luxurious, and clean.
Breakfast: sufficient choices. But tasty or not depending on one's palate.

Positive points: We had an incredible stay at this hotel in Ha Long! From start to finish, the service and communication were excellent. The staff was exceptionally friendly, always ready to help us arrange transportation and available whenever we needed assistance, whether at reception or online. They recommended a Ha Long Bay cruise that ended up being one of the highlights of our trip—an amazing experience we wouldn’t have known about without their guidance.

The hotel itself was stunning, with stylish decor and high-quality materials that made every space feel both modern and welcoming. Our room was spacious, filled with natural light, and featured a fantastic shower and a big, comfy bed that made relaxing after a day of exploring a real pleasure. The location couldn’t have been better, either—plenty of shops and restaurants were within walking distance, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area.

Overall, this was likely the best place we could have chosen in Ha Long. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, style, and exceptional service!

Review: Pros: New hotel, beautiful, breakfast has few options but everything is okay, rooms are as shown in the pictures, large beautiful clean pool, hotel staff and play area are very enthusiastic, the play area is large, beautiful, kids don't want to go home. Convenient center close to delicious eateries and near the market to buy souvenirs.
Cons: When I swam in the pool, there was no one watching (when I was swimming it was just my family and it drizzled a bit), I stayed a few days and the beddings felt slightly damp, play area tickets are only given for some room types (note this when booking). Far from the beach.
Overall, very suitable for families with small children booking this place is extremely reasonable.
