Review: It's a nice and cozy place to stay. The owner lives in the same building and she is nice with every inquiry we made. The staff are also friendly, middle-aged but completely generous and polite to all guests. The rooms are nice and clean. Just a minor downside is that I had a double room with a malfunctioning TV and then got switched to another room where the fridge was off all the time. The owner offered bike rentals using her own equipment, and the hotel also has other booking services to help you enjoy Ha Long as much as possible. It's within walking distance to the nearest side of the beach. You can also request breakfast, but keep in mind that there are only bread with fried eggs and butter, and Vietnamese noodles are available. Homemade dishes, so it's enough for us.

Review: The hotel owner is very lovely and friendly, the location is close to Sunworld and dining areas. The hotel is in a quiet location near the beach. I will recommend it to acquaintances if they ask where to stay in Ha Long ❤️

Positive points: Beautiful hotel run by a lovely and welcoming family. They were so kind and understanding when we requested to switch rooms because of the beach party happening across the island. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was clean and the general aesthetic was fabulous for what you pay for.

Review: I had a 3-day experience at the hotel owned by the lady. I must say, I give 100 points for her friendliness and enthusiasm. The room has a style that is both modern and luxurious, very beautiful everyone. If given the chance, I will continue to support the lady.

Positive points: Well facilated, everything you can find in the room, great value, clean room, transportation from Noi Bai airport even in midnight was good, although they can change money themselves, show me where can I do it in Golden store

Review: The room is clean, with daily cleaning services, quiet, close to Sunworld, convenient for enjoying famous attractions in Ha Long, with sufficient amenities. The receptionist is enthusiastic, and everyone in the family is friendly. I will return if I come back to Ha Long again.
!!! The hotel is also new, so there can sometimes be conflicts with Agoda. Everyone booking a room should contact the hotel in advance to confirm before arrival for peace of mind.
