Review: I have to say this is one of the best hotels ive stayed during my travels. Loved the whole ambience of the hotel and colours in the rooms. Great size and spotlessly clean, stunning bathroom and finally having a bath during my trip was perfect! (Didnt realise how much ive missed one).
From the bed linen to the pillows 😴 i had the perfect sleep here.
The gym was clean and good little size with good equpmnet for my morning workout.
Breakfast options were also perfect for me and the scrambled egg was also cooked perfectly.
Hotel reception team were super professional, organised a day cruise for me along with my car drive to Hanoi. I left my glasses at reception on check out and the girl arranged for them to be delivered to my hotel in Hanoi, excellent customer service.
I really cant fault this hotel, its been my favourite during my 3 months travel, good location to walk to restaurants and local small market. If you want a beach club vibe with djs, your only a 10min walk to that also.
I would highly recommend the Grand Fleuve to future travellers as you will receive the best attention from all the team as well as it being excellent value for money. 10/10. Well done to all the team who work there, 😍

Positive points: I liked everything about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious, clean and contained everything I needed. The coffee shop was lovely. The hotel was beautifully decorated with Christmas decorations and played Christmas carols. It had a lovely Christmas feel to it. It had all the facilities one required. It was also in a quiet location with restaurants nearby to choose from.

Review: This is a really nice hotel but Ha Long is a bit of a ghost town. Lot's of half completed or empty building and not many people.

Review: What a place! So beautiful and luxurious. Staff was attentive and the food was delicious and fairly priced. We only had one night after our Ha Long Bay day cruise but enjoyed everything about. Order an “egg coffee” from the cafe. Scrumptious!!!

Positive points: This is a beautiful hotel and a great value. It was kind of funny that they gave me the honeymoon suite and I was traveling by myself, but I certainly enjoyed the amenities. They have a very elaborate buffet, it is excellent. Rooftop pool is very nice. The front desk staff was very helpful in helping me with directions and activities.

Review: Despite being off season and following a major typhoon, I couldn’t have been happier with my accommodations. While most of Vietnam tends to inflate their star rating by a full star (ex. 4-star is really 3-star by western standards), the Grand Fleuve was definitely a 5-star hotel. Rooms were well appointed, staff was well trained, and all the amenities of a luxury hotel were present.

Positive points: Everything in this place is awesome, the breakfast spread was very very good and tasty, All the staff were very courteous and helpful, The rooms were spacious, clean and tidy with everything one would expect in a hotel room. Will certainly recommend this place to one and all. Excellent value for money.

Positive points: I loved the entire experience, delicious breakfast with lots of options, amazing caring staff, all spaces are beautiful, well designed. Roof top pool with lovely views. Beach and sea just down the road. Quiet area around the hotel.

Review: I really love the modernity of this hotel. Everything in this hotel is about conserving energy and me and my husband loved it. Everything is new, the staffs are courteous and respectful. Cleanliness is spot on. Breakfast is good. Near the beach. Near sunworld. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Positive points: Very unique building with heaps of character. Pretty cool pool area with a view across the bay.

Review: We had an amazing time at the Grand Fleuve Boutique. The room was modern, spacious, extremely clean, and the bed was a cloud.
There’s a parking with security available which is very convenient.
The breakfast buffet is quite big and offers a lot of variety of food.
We were not able to enjoy all the facilities the hotel offers due to timing but we definitely recommend the Grand Fleuve Boutique!
