Positive points: I loved everything about property. I stayed in Junior Suit 202 room and it’s so great. Amazing bathtub, very comfortable bed and nice pillows. The best is the stuff! So friendly and warm welcome. They brought a cake for my birthday breakfast and it was so sweet of them. And took care of me when I had stomach problems. So far the best hotel I stayed in Ha Noi area and Ha Long. Very authentic and cozy. You should try rooftop bar and their pizza.
Negative points: To add More Mediterranean breakfast options and I found some black hair in bathroom floor.
Positive points: Breakfast was very good - tasty and yummy. We had a room with sea view/balcony. Staff here is very helpful and arranged taxi, cruise trip for us. Everything went well.

Positive points: The location was okay, close to the promenade where one can see Halong Bay from a distance. Bed was very comfortable and ac worked well on heat. The breakfast was okay.
Negative points: Our room had “windows” but they were opaque into a shaft. Shower was hot but ran out of hot water fairly quickly. Pizza was quite expensive and the rooftop bar had no staff and was empty. Breakfast could be better. The location has buildings but most of them are vacant. It looks a bit like a ghost town. Not really anything to do.
Positive points: Probably one of the nicest properties we’ve stayed at so far for our visit for Vietnam. Nice building that had modern feel to it. Welcoming staff and secure building . Right by the walk way for the water with lots of cafes near by . The downstairs area has dining and drinks available which was nice as at night we couldn’t find a cocktail place close by but we could get some here at the hotel . Nice plush bed with nice air con .
Negative points: Seemed little further away from things but still very nice area and could easily take a grab somewhere else .
