Review: The hotel is new and peaceful. A perfect place to have a staycation. The staff are supportive and friendly.

Positive points: We enjoyed our stay. Good location close to ferry station for Ha Long Bay boat trips. The best breakfast buffet we've had in Vietnam, simply amazing and worth the price!

Review: This hotel have to be the best we stayed so far, with the super big rooms and the luxury of having the balcony looking over the theme park and the cable car. There were a large selection of food for breakfast and it was delicious. Staff was helpful, you can purchase the theme park tickets through them. The theme park entrance is opposite the hotel. There were plenty of restaurants nearby.

Positive points: We had an amazing experience at hotel soleil halong! We checked in on the eve of my partner’s birthday and I had requested to make it special for him. They organized a well-planned birthday-themed dinner that exceeded my expectations. The decorations (both in room and at the dining area) were perfect, and the bouquet they provided upon request was exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was friendly, efficient, and attentive throughout our stay.

The hotel is budget-friendly but doesn’t compromise on quality. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a stunning view, making the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable and value-for-money experience!

Review: My second stay was as good as the first

Positive points: We had an exceptional stay at Soleil last December. The room is perfect for family. It was spacious, clean and the bathroom was the biggest i ever seen in a hotel. Staff were helpful and attentive!

Spa, Pool was closed or under maintenance, Gym equipment did not even have power to use,
Most of all I had very bad experience with one of the reception staff while checkout found her to be racist, mostly because we're neither white nor chinese.

Positive points: It was clean and rooms were very spacious. We had the King room with 2 bedrooms, bathroom was large, separate cubicles for shower and toilet. It was amazing!
