The best hostel that I have ever stayed in. Very clean, great rooms, great and quality interior decorations. Absolutely great!

Positive points: Queen is an excellent host. She went above and beyond to make our trip satisfactory and to solve some problems we encountered in our trip. She really is quite exceptional.
Negative points: First of all, the name hostel really does not apply to this small hotel. Don’t expect any kind of socialising here. The bathroom is barely separated from the room so no privacy there. As well, Ha Long has hardly anything to offer, so you’ll spend a long time trying to find anything worthwhile in the hotel surroundings.

Review: Not recommend to anyone who wants a perfect trip. The hotel cancelled my booking on agoda and made the deal personally. Try to trap customer for late checkout, just 100k. Never go back this hotel again, very bad to stay and dissapointed

Review: Oh my, the room is so beautiful! 💕💕 I would like to ask the receptionist for an early check-in and late check-out without any extra fees for us 😭 Oh my, it’s so lovely. Now whenever I go to Ha Long, I just book a room at BBQ Hostel. It's really worth it to stay, it's close to dining and entertainment spots ❤️❤️🥰🥰

Review: The homeowner's family is very enthusiastic, the hotel is clean and spacious, the price is great, and it's close to many entertainment areas, just step out and you're at places like the Square, Museum,.... The view is beautiful and very peaceful.
Positive points: The family that manages the hostel is so friendly and helpful. The dorm was clean and spacious and the two toilets are really convenient.
Negative points: The restaurant/bar was not open but they would still serve an amazing breakfast.
Review: Đọc review thấy Hostel được khen nhiều nên mình book. Thật sự mình rất hài lòng khi ở đây, thích nhất là location của hostel (ở trong khu đô thị nên yên tĩnh rộng rãi sạch sẽ). Tụi mình không quan trọng phòng view đẹp này kia nên ở đây thấy ổn. Nói chung là mình rất hài lòng.

Review: Both times I went to Ha Long, I stayed at BBQ Hostel because the service is very good. Reasonable prices, nice rooms, clean, good soundproofing, and the owner is very friendly and cheerful. Overall, it was great.
Review: Phòng ở sạch sẽ, tiện ích. Địa điểm rất thuận tiện cho việc đi lại, ngay đối diện bảo tàng QN và nhiều nơi ăn uống nổi tiếng. Gia đình chị chủ rất hiếu khách, tận tâm chăm sóc. Đáng để thử!
Positive points: This is probably the most luxurious hostel I have stayed in during my backpacking travels. Felt like staying in a nice hotel for a hostel price.
