Negative points: At one time this hotel may have been nice. Unfortunately it is not really maintained. The pool area is in darkness and unwelcoming. We booked a room with a view but the windows are too dirty to see the view properly. Breakfast was not good and we were served individually wrapped jam and butter that had already been half used by others. Not enough care was taken in this area. The worst hotel we had experienced in Vietnam in quality and service level.

Review: 离国际邮轮码头、下龙太阳世界公园（坐缆车）的旅游区白斋海滩8公里左右，打车约90000越南盾。很安静的地方，就是晚上有点无聊，附近都是银行，吃饭附近有韩国烤肉，本地餐馆啥的。总之是性价比高，但不属于旅游区

Positive points: Quite nice view but it is the only good things of the hotel

Negative points: There are loud noise at night. No in-room dining. Staff didn't know anything

Review: I just have a little feedback about the pool at the hotel. The lowest water level in the pool is 135cm, so children can't swim without a float if they don't know how to swim. The hotel could provide some cute floats for guests, or families with small children should bring their own floats for the kids.

Positive points: Beautiful views of Halong Bay and the city below. Huge windows, spacious rooms.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The neighborhood was pretty peaceful.

Negative points: The pool and gym were a bit underwhelming and had a funny smell. Also the pool closed at 9, which was too early for us. The breakfast wasn't really worth it. Hot dogs referred to as "sausage." Undercooked bacon. Stale cereal. The Vietnamese dishes were better, like the bánh cuốn.

Also, it's pretty far from the main tourist hub. You'll need to take a 15 minute taxi to get to the main tourist areas.

Review: The hotel near the center by Hon Gai is convenient for food tours and very easy to travel around. The reception staff is very helpful and I stayed in a high room with a great view.

Review: Friendly and enthusiastic staff, breakfast is easy to eat. The room is very spacious with a beautiful view and amenities. However, the smoking area is located in the hallway, and the room door is not sealed, which allows cigarette smell to enter the hotel room, so the smoking area should be relocated to a separate place.

Negative points: Due to low demand everything in hotel was closed, no restaurant, no breakfast, no spa or karaoke, no hot water?

Review: Beautiful hotel in the very Center of Ha Long bay. We stay in an executive room with a spectacular view of the bay. The breakfast buffet is good. The hotel is close to everything.
