THE EXQUISITE HALONG HOTEL

Review: It is way outside the town and there's nothing available around. The staff is not helpful. They will charge you extra for absolutely everything. My husband and I had a terrible experience.

Review: This place is insanely amazing

Review: Our group consisted of six people, and we booked three rooms at this hotel. The rooms and staff were unremarkable until it came time to check out. Upon departure, all three rooms were charged extra fees for "dirtying" the towels, with staff claiming that the stains could not be removed. While I agreed to pay the fee, my friends explained exactly why the towels got dirty. The towel racks in the bathrooms were not properly cleaned, so simply hanging the towels on them would result in stains. Additionally, two of the rooms had no bath mats, and the floors were far from clean.

When we raised these concerns, the receptionist responded in an extremely aggressive and rude manner, insisting that the hotel was unable to clean the stains. However, after taking the towels home and washing them myself, I was surprised to find that the stains came out completely—without the need for any detergent. Moreover, some of the towels even had small holes in them.

I felt as though I had been forced to purchase an old towel at an unreasonable price. Instead of ensuring proper cleanliness, the hotel blamed the guests, accusing them of using the towels to "wipe their shoes," as the receptionist rudely speculated. Overall, both the service and attitude were absolutely unacceptable.

Review: Hotel was almost empty- yet still refused to let us check-in 1 minute before 1:30. Only allowed jacuzzi access from 17:00-19:00 and it was luke warm at best. The floors were dirty and no floor rugs/towels are provided. Then they charge you $$$ if your towels show any dirt on them from there filthy hotel. The pictures lie - the place is an empty shell with services inadequate for prisoners, let alone vacationers. I wouldn't stay here again if they paid me.

Review: Ghost town, was excited about the hot tub but it wasn’t functioning. Accomodation was still really cheap and nice for what you paid.

Positive points: My favorite hotel to stay. Staff are so friendly and helpful. We stay almost every week. We don't have any complaints. The location is also nice not too much noise so you can relax so well.
