Review: Gia đình mình đi không vào mùa du lịch, nên mình có thể chấp nhận được 1 số dịch ko đc như mong muốn, tuy nhiên ks vẫn nên cải thiện ở 1 số điểm:
1/ khu phòng mình ở bên cạnh sảnh chính, thường xuyên không có nhân viên trực, sảnh thang bật không đủ ánh sáng, luôn đóng cửa chính, phải đi qua cửa hông, có lẽ để 1 bác bảo vệ trực cả 2 tòa.
2/ Tivi không có netflix, ko có tín hiệu gì, ok vì mình ko ở phòng thường xuyên nên cũng k sao.
3/ Nhân viên: chưa nhiệt tình, chu đáo, ko dẫn khách lên tận phòng, thẻ cửa mình bị lỗi, mãi không mở được, phải đi tìm lễ tân.
Bù lại thì vị trí ks cũng khá tiện để đi lại, gần bãi tắm..., phòng cũng khá ok cho gia đình 2 vc + 2 con

Positive points: Our room was specious, nice looking and sunny. The staff was very friendly.

Negative points: Location isn’t attractive. There is not much choice of restaurants near the hotel.

Positive points: The decor was beautiful, modern and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. If I ever return to Ha Long, I will absolutely stay again.

Positive points: the king suite was incredible! the hotel staff were all so sweet and accommodating, helping me to navigate multiple bookings and my transport back to Hanoi from Halong Bay. the laundry was exceptional with fast turn around. truly amazing stay!

3.0 Acceptable - Phong 02-07-2022

Negative points: An average 3-star hotel, no where near 4-star standard.
No bellman, very few staffs. The room is not very clean and the corridor is a mess. No staff guarding the pool (a very small pool), no gym, no bar as advertised. And finally no free breakfast (100k/ person).
