Review: The hotel location is in Sun village that is quite near the beach. Service is good in general

Review:
This is one of the recently built European style Sun Plaza Hotels. The location is a bit inner side of the neighborhood but that’s okay I guess. The main issue with this hotel is, they don’t have an organized staff group. It looks like one family lives in the hotel and works as caretaker. So, you don’t get the hospitality of a professional hotel management. Also, amenities and beds are not as good as it looks like. We had to use a coffee stained quilt since they didn’t change it even after noticing.
I would say, it is not a 3-star hotel at any category apart from the infrastructure.
Review: The room is clean and located near the beach. Since I visited outside of the tourist season, there were fewer guests, so I got a nice room. If I return to Bai Chay, I will support it again!

Review: Beyond my expectations, the hotel offers a very convenient daily car rental service for short-term travel. If I have the chance to go to Ha Long again, I will stay here again.

Review: Thank you to the hotel and the reception staff for being very enthusiastic and friendly. In particular, they also called a taxi for me and recommended good and cheap local restaurants. Golden Sea is the hotel to choose for everyone's travel!
Review: Trời nồm ẩm nhưng không cho điều khiển điều hòa hút ẩm nên hơi hôi. Trời lạnh nhưng lại không có nước nóng. Làm Ga đệm có vết bẩn và thu 100k phí giặt ga.

Khách sạn rất đẹp và tôi khuyên bạn nên ở đây nếu bạn có kế hoạch đến thăm Vịnh Hạ Long hoặc thành phố Hạ Long. Khách sạn nằm trong khoảng cách đi bộ đến bãi biển tuyệt vời nhất!
Đặc biệt cảm ơn Hui (Hughie) và người bạn đời/tình yêu của anh ấy đã chăm sóc tôi rất tốt và sẵn sàng giúp đỡ. Không có gì là quá khó khăn! Cảm ơn bạn!
