Positive points: Excellent customer service. I commend the receptionist at the hotel as well as the person who was replying to my queries in Whatsapp for their proactive approach in handling all of our queries and request. They’re both very helpful and even upgraded our room to VIP!

Negative points: Unfortunately our stay at the Halong Botique Hotel was a huge disappointment due to several significant safety concerns:

- The door to our room could be opened without a key.
- The balcony door did not close properly, neither would it lock.
- The safe in the room was not bolted.

Review: Through injury cycling I stayed at the hotel for quite a number of days/nights! From bags of ice to breakfast and dinner the staff were kind and helpful! Comfortable bed (hours and hours laying down)! Very enjoyable, well worth booking!

Positive points: The very center of the city, the rooms are of the highest quality, clean and cozy. Breakfast is not a big choice - scrambled eggs and soup, but it's enough. Thank you for your concern.
