Positive points: Practically new hotel, with great amenities.

Review: The hotel was kinda small but the room itself was quite spacious and clean. The staffs were extremely nice and helpful towards our request. The location is nearby the newer area of Ha Long City (near Bai Chay beach), so during the off season, there was not much to do in the area. There are many restaurants nearby, but some of them closed during off season. Overall we had a good stay at Elysinam hotel.

Positive points: Room and Personal were amazing and super helpful with everything.

Review: The hotel was booked randomly because of the beautiful bougainvillea photos, but when we arrived, the bougainvillea had gone with the Yagi storm, yet everything else exceeded our expectations. We arrived at midnight, so we didn't get to see clearly around us. The hostess proactively changed our room to one with a view of the sea at no extra cost, so we were quite surprised in the morning to find that the hotel was so close to the beach. Just a few steps away was Bai Chay beach and Valley Bar walking along the coastline near the hotel was also very beautiful and lively. The hosts were very kind I borrowed an iron and tape, and she also helped me rent a bike. The room was spacious, beautiful, and clean. It’s definitely worth experiencing!

Review: A comfortable hotel for a night near the restaurants and a short cab ride to the docks. Ninap was very sweet, helpful, and trusting of us and made our stay easy.

Positive points: The family that runs this hotel is very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations during our short stay here. The rooms were beautiful and the view of Ha Long Bay was great. Bathrooms were very nice as well. We highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in the area!

Positive points: Location was a bit of a walk from the row of restaurants, but it was manageable and further away from "nightlife" noise.

Positive points: The facility is ok, thought below my expectation (for a $30 room, off the tourist season). The food street, night market & Sun square are just 3-400 meters away which is nice. Room is clean and has comfortable smell.

Review: The rooms are clean. Located in a shophouse area, beautifully decorated with bougainvillea. The view overlooks Ha Long Bay.
