Positive points: nice location, near the port.
Negative points: Horrible service! I wanna remind the host that your guests are more than the tools for you to make money, think of your guest as friends first. don't be selfish or at least don't be selfish in the face of your guests. for more than one year of my trip I've spent time in expensive hotels, and also enjoyed my stay in hostels costing only one or two dollars, but you, Fancy house, you forced me for the first time of the year to give a bad comment. and I hope you to think of it as a chance to improve the service, instead of making more excuses. I believe you can do better if you really put your heart on it.

Positive points: This is one of my favorite hostels that I have been too! The staff (Lola and Andrew) are super super friendly and speak great English! They want you to be there for a good time and do tours that are cheaper as well:) we had a bonfire one night and the people that stay there are really cool as well. It’s only a 10min walk to the beach which is so helpful

Review: Nhân viên thái độ hơi lạnh nhạt , niềm nở với người nước ngoài nhưng mỗi lần nói chuyện với khách VN thì khá khó chịu . Phòng các ngăn rèm che rất đơn sơ, giá rẻ nên cũng ko có vấn đề gì quá lớn

Review: Chúng tôi đã ở Hạ Long trong một tuần. Nhân viên thân thiện và hữu ích. Có bàn bi-a ở sảnh. Chúng tôi rất thích kỳ nghỉ này. Nó nằm ở khu vực trung tâm đối diện với nhà ga cáp treo Sunworld.

Positive points: The staff is really friendly and helpful. The food was worth every penny. I stayed there longer and my booking dates cause I wanted to give 100% money to them. the food was wholesome and satisfying. Great experience
Negative points: the food came a bit late but I understand them since it was TET time and they had short staff they did the best they could.
