Review: Sitting here and enjoying a Bayview window with two balconies in
a spacious hotel room, at a reasonable price. Walk along the coastal road and enjoy all the mountain karst formations as you walk into the town market. The staff here have all been super friendly, and I wanted to hug everyone of them.

Positive points: Location was perfect, Staff Tracy was very friendly and caring. She even helped us booking taxi from Cat bi airport to hotel and vise versa on reasonable price. Amenities are best in class. View is exceptional. Service is more than expected.

Review: The hotel is located right on the beach, with a beautiful position, clean, and airy. The room is a bit small, and the bathroom is small as well, but it is clean, tidy, and well arranged. If I come to Ha Long, I will continue to stay here.
