Review: This is a lovely hotel with a beautiful view of the sea. The staff were kind enough to up rage me to a sea facing room. Appreciate it. Would surely return back.
Positive points: Brand new, great staff, good location, amazing view. We decided to stay last minute and it was Lunar New Year’s Day so most things were closed. Duc Thang who was working the front desk went out of his way to make calls for us and got us 2 spots on a Halong Bay dinner cruise! That made our visit so special. Thank You Duc:)
Negative points: It was off season but we were disappointed to discover the pool isn’t heated and therefore was not swimmable. Also, the spa etc was completely closed but just due to the Holiday.
Review: The front desk gentleman was very kind n helpful as I had issues w key card n room safe. Unfortunately I do not know his last name. First name is Nguyen n he wears prescription glasses. Thank u sir
Positive points: There is lots to like about this hotel and especially the GM, Elena.
Negative points: The hotel is new and is undergoing renovations and construction. The pool, roiftop bar, spa, sauna and gym where closed due to the construction. We were allowed to use these facilities at the neighboring Wyndham hotel, just a few steps away.
Review: Hotel very new which is a plus n the location n the staff. However perhaps whoever is managing should b more prepared. Bar at rooftop not operational. Spa not operational. Tour desk n shop not open. Also the room has issues. Balcony door not possible to lock n the room safe is not bolted

Giving 8 just cause it's a classic "fancier" hotel and location is not "special"
Everything though was as it was meant to be, kind staff. Just a lil pricey

Positive points: The room was spacious and clean.
Negative points: The hotel restaurant served squid that did not take the squid pen out and the squid was not cleaned before cooking or serving. The meal was disgusting and inedible and the server refused to admit that squid pens should be removed.

Highly highly recommend this hotel if you stay at the Ha Long Bay City.
(1) A new hotel, rooms are so clean and modern.
(2) Room size is big and comfortable.
(3) Great central, convenient location, with walking distance to restaurants and Cable car station.
(4) We booked a room with view/balcony. Great view with natural light.
(5) Rich breakfast choices.
(6) Super friendly staff, treating us as valued customers.
Negative points: Nothing.
Review: Hotel rooms are clean and spacious. Unfortunately swimming pool and gym facilities are still under renovation.
Positive points: great location, new facilities, clean room, friendly staff, good price
Negative points: on the first day we arrived, there’s no one helping us carrying the luggage from the taxi up to lobby. There was construction on the top roof of the building that day which was causing noise in our room. The poorly designed bathroom door allowed water to spill into the room (see attached photos). Although these things don’t affect our stays too much but it shouldn't be expected at the 5-stars hotel.

A very beautiful hotel, very spacious rooms, very comfortable bed. Very good value for the cost of a room.

Positive points: Super friendly staff at a top location in Halong bay, ideal for making your trips and enjoy a good hotel after your long day.
Negative points: temperature of the pool was slightly low, but it was also off season

Review: Convenient location for dining and entertainment but there is no lobby, so luggage must be unloaded on the main road. The hotel is clean and the staff is enthusiastic.
