Positive points: it’s clean and looks really nice.
Negative points: the location is far from the center
Positive points: Everything works properly and the staff keen to offer help with my requests including scooter hire.Also the weather is not as excessively hot as most places around.
Negative points: I found the location made it necessary for transport hire in order for me to get to places of interest but then Ha Long is a big place with lots of great places to find

Positive points: The rooms were clean and bright with good facilities. The shared kitchen had all the utensils and lots of appliances, which was helpful. Weekly cleaning was on point.
Negative points: The place was very secluded and the city was far away. There weren't adequate transportation arrangements and it was a huge deal. The host wasn't helpful at all and whenever they clean the room I find that they're taking my toothbrushes which I felt were weird. When I arrived, I had a few pieces of luggage and I was alone, the host saw me but refused to help initially. He was just sitting there and watching. He did the same thing when I was leaving and he refused to help with the heaps of my luggage to get into the lift. Apart from the host's behavior and the location, the hotel stay was pleasant. But I won't recommend it to anyone.
Positive points: Our staying was fascinating, with owner and his vibrant friend around. They helped us to get along with Ha Long, told us a lot of interesting stuff about history of places, offered us with delicious Vietnamese seafood cuisine. They all know Russian, so they were so easy to communicate with. We were delighted by this place and would definitely make our way back here one day.
Positive points: Great room, rent a scooter and you are fine
Positive points: The room is very spacious and clean. The staff is accommodating and helpful. They assisted us in renting a motorbike and allowed us to leave our luggage on the last day.
Negative points: It's far from the activity areas, you will need to have your own vehicle or rent to go around. The address on booking . Com is wrong, we did not find it immediately.

Review: Phòng giường đôi có ga giường rất bẩn và mốc. Khi xin đổi phòng thì chủ đổi sang cho 1 phòng chưa dọn dẹp gì cả, vẫn còn mùi thuốc lá, khăn tắm của khách cũ vẫn treo trong phòng tắm. Trong khi đó phòng đối diện vẫn còn phòng trống và đã dọn dẹp sạch sẽ.

Review: Phòng ghi trên app 1 giá đến 1 giá khác. 11h trả phòng, không phải 12h
Review: Cũng không biết do app hay do cô chủ, mình đặt phòng thấy app hiện nhận phòng từ 14h hôm trước đến 11h hôm sau với giá 248k đến cô chủ bảo phòng đó là phòng chỉ ngủ qua đêm dành cho lái xe. Còn 1 ngày 1 đêm thì chỉ có phòng 350k. Nói chung là khó chịu mỗi cái vấn đề đó thôi chứ còn lại thì cũng ok ạ. Mong app và bên khách sạn sẽ thống nhất để khách hàng cảm thấy hài lòng hơn.

Review: Phòng sạch sẽ nhưng khi không bật được điều hoà tôi có hỏi lễ tân thì nhận được câu trả lời là phòng mùa này giá rẻ nên đã có nước nóng nên sẽ không bật điều hoà cho khách. Khi sử dụng tivi thì cũng không có tín hiệu
