Positive points: The staff were really friendly and helpful.
Negative points: My room was noisy but I was able to change it, the spa was not open due to the storm in September , however this wasn't made known at time of booking. Food was okay but not great for a 4 star hotel .

Review: Love the space, food and sophistication of this hotel. Rooms offered space and we'll being feeling. And the prices were for once in htls great 👍
Negative points: It would be better if I had been given instructions on how to use the key card to open the door, I struggled with this and ended up having to call for help from the hotel staff.
Review: Amazing hotel and experience. Best location to explore Halong. Sunworld Park is within walking distance. Cruise pickup is also nearby

Review: The staff are super nice and pleasant to work with. The hotel staff responded quickly to our queries and took action right away. The location is good and convenient to move around Ha Long. It is highly recommended to stay here if you plan to take few days to explore Ha Long.

The hotel is not worth 4*, it’s very old and needs a proper refurbished.
The swimming pool and surrounded area are old, not hygienic, does not feel safe for young kids.
The room is not clean properly, full of dirt on furniture. The bathroom towels are very old.
The breakfast is very basic, average level, definitely is not worth 4* hotel.

Positive points: Good location and fairly clean
Negative points: Staff unable or refused to speak any English making communication difficult which I expected better for an international hotel. Breakfast food quality poor
Review: The room design was nice, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but I recommend going outside for other meals. The hotel is located right next to the centre area, which is great. However, the facilities were kind of old and not really eye-catching in my opinion. Still worth the price, though.
Positive points: The hotel view is good, straight to the sea and close to Sun park
Negative points: The sound from beach bars is so loudzy at night, only off after midnight. If you look for a quiet place to stay then this hotel is not the choice

Review: Even though we changed location due to personal preferences, this is a nice place and the staffs were very friendly and accommodating.
