Negative points: Don't take the tour to Halong Bay, is another company and is awful.
Review: Great price! Very clean, friendly staff and it's close to the gyms, good food restaurants and cafe. Easy to walk around to explore. I booked an extra month after the first night.
Positive points: The place is awesome, the staff helpful, and it has a great value.
Negative points: Even though they were really nice getting me the tour to Halong bay, there were several problems with that tour(that doesn't belong to the hotel) , starting from the rude guide, the staff were not so nice either, they offer a plan but just completed partially, and you have to pay any time you need ices even you pay already over price drinks.
