Positive points: I stayed only 1 night and for my purpose, the location was perfect.

Negative points: Garbage in the bathroom wasn't empty when they gave me the key. Top sheet had handprints and bath towels were brownish... they need to buy new ones or used bleach and detergent
The receptionist who check me in and out is not very friendly, apparently she doesn't speak English but they advertise otherwise. She went to inspect the room before she properly check me out.
Another lady show up later and she was much nicer.

Phòng có 1 ổ điện.
Đồ dùng trong nhà vệ sinh ít và bị tính tiền. Dùng bàn chải trong wc cũng bị tính tiền. hic
Phòng sạch sẽ, gần trung tâm đi lại thuận tiện, giá cả ổn.

Review: We booked two nights at Nam Dat Hotel but due to a change of plans, we asked to have the second night cancelled and refunded. The front desk worker tried his best to accommodate us and even called the hotel manager to ask what was possible, but the manager was very unwilling to listen to us. We tried to reason by getting half a refund but he didn't want to refund us at all. His reason is that by cancelling our second night, they wouldn't have any other guests. The truth is that

Review: The location and Staff are nice. But the room is really dark and there is no breakfast in the hotel. Also it's really noisy in the evening even at 11pm when others customers coming back and talking loudly.
