Review: Nice and clean. Polite and welcoming staff. I stayed here during winter time and room was perfectly warm

Positive points: The lobby feels very grand and the staffs are great too. I enjoyed the stay here and will definitely come back as well as recommend to friends.

Review: The Junior suite was very spacious, modern and very clean. The jetted tub was amazing! I was pleasantly impressed!
There was some hallway noise, so earplugs help.
I would stay here again!

Review: Hotel is fine and cheap, but it is located in an unfinished chinese investment city block. There are only hotels and everything else is empty. Restaurants is a km walk away

Positive points: Staff were extremely helpful booking cruises and buses from ha long to hanoi and even helping to swap us onto an earlier bus when we arrived earlier than expected. Highly recommend

Positive points: The breakfast here offers a variety of options, and the hotel owner was very helpful. The room I booked had two large beds, which were very comfortable for our family of four. My children really enjoyed the Vietnamese pho. The pool is on the 6th floor, and you can walk to the beach from there.

Positive points: Lam helped me find a sleeper bus to Da Nang, which was very convenient since it departs directly from Ha Long. The swimming pool is what I liked the most. Breakfast is served right in the lobby on the first floor.

Review: The hotel is clean, and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. I booked dinner at the hotel, ordering 10 servings for 8 adults and 8 children, and the hotel prepared abundant food, even giving us extra fish cakes outside of the set menu. Overall, it’s a 10/10. Thank you for making our trip enjoyable and comfortable.

Positive points: Very knowledgeable staff about activities to do in the area. Comfortable dining room with a nice view. I especially loved the balcony in my room :)

Review: We were traveling around Vietnam so stayed at several hotels. For the money the Sunland was great. We had a 5th floor room so a bit smaller than the other floors. The room was fine, however there were a few things that needed attention. The towel rail was loose and coming off the wall. The shower enclosure needed to be sealed at the base as water leaked underneath and into the rest of the bathroom and around the main window in the room the molding had rotted and was loose in one corner obviously from a water leak at some point. Other than that, our stay was great. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was always hot with lots to choose from. My wife wasn't partial to the coffee but that was mainly getting used to the way they make drip coffee in Vietnam and nothing against the hotel.

Positive points: The food here is delicious, breakfast includes pho, the receptionist Phuc was very enthusiastic in consulting and supporting, helping me book a car to pick me up at the airport and a cruise tour to visit Ha Long Bay.
