Review: Excellent value for money! Staff replies very fast and always helpful. Very close to the old town yet located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I had all facilities I needed, including the washing machine and dryer. Would come back here next time I visited Hanoi. Small minus point: apartment is located on the 6th floor, with a lift going to 5th floor only and a narrow staircase from there to 6th floor. If you had a big suitcase like me it would be difficult to move it up and down.
