SWORD LAKE Hotel

Negative points: At the entrance to the hotel you are greeted by the administrator relaxing on the guest sofa, who sleeps there at night under a blanket. In the lobby you can see the administrator's personal belongings (an uneaten can of chips, food, clothes). The interior itself seems beautiful, but at the same time there is a noticeable thick layer of dust everywhere in the lobby, which is not very pleasant. The room generally matches the photo, we took a room on the top floor with a bath, but the water heating is enough for 1/10 of the bath and you can enjoy an ice bath. The bed linen is cheap synthetics unpleasant to the skin, in addition, I found hair from other guests stuck in the Velcro. Also, at the entrance you are greeted by a half-used dispenser of someone's household soap. Not very aesthetically pleasing. There are two random chairs on the balcony, but there is no table.
The WiFi was very poor, so we check out earlier than planned. It was not worth the money at all.

Negative points: No view from the room as its a bit inside but wasn’t a problem because anyway we were out from morning till night.

Negative points: Weekend night Lake area got events so music and the sound( noise) continue til 23:00 and since the hotel is very near to the lake side so…music is very obvious.

Early morning the construction work starts around 7:00 and it is really noisy and disturbing.

I know this is nothing that the hotel can do. But the surrounding affects me a lot.

Negative points: Major building works next door with heavy drilling from 6am to 10pm. No food onsite. Building dust everywhere

Negative points: Unfortunately building works next door and jack hammering started very early in the morning. As we couldnt sleep checked out early and staff very understanding. Would have been good to be may aware at time of booking. Understand this is beyond hotels control.

Negative points: Points were taken for different causes

- paint finitions are really really bad (see photos)
- we found a 🧦 in a closet (that’s ok, not a big deal)
- there were a few really noisy air conditioning boxes right on the outside of the hostel, even with a closed window we can hear it

Negative points: Four seasons hotel is next door and still has construction work going on but not anything to be put off by. Hot water is reduced in the evening

Negative points: Very noisy from 4 o’clock in the morning

Negative points: there is construction going on next door. but this didn't bother us as we were up early to see the city.
